Cirrus Networks has inked three contracts totalling $1.5 million since launching its managed cloud services division in June.
The contracts are for mental health support organisation Arafmi WA, community employment service providers Community First International and a large international supplier of mining equipment.
Cirrus is providing IT help desks, infrastructure and data centre monitoring in the new contracts.
Frank Richmond, Cirrus Networks managing director, says to secure three contracts totalling $1.5 million so shortly after launch ‘is a huge endorsement for the quality of the product that we have in the marketplace’.
“Given the annuity revenue stream attached to managed services contracts, we see this as a vital focus for the business going forward to further grow on our record results last year,” Richmond says.
Those results saw an unaudited revenue result of $14.9 million for the 2015 financial year, ending June 30.
The growth continued in July and August with the company recording year on year unaudited revenue increases of 29% and 69% respectively.
The July and August results included Cirrus’ first annuity revenues.
“It is extremely pleasing to see continued growth into the 2016 financial year,” Richmond says. “Although the current economic climate is tough for many companies, the quality of our product offerings and people is allowing us to deliver continued excellent results for shareholders.”
The company says to meet demand for its managed cloud services, the company has introduced a range of new cloud services offerings.
The division now offers a range of services from a fully outsourced IT solution, to ‘Nimbus’ level support enabling customers to engage Cirrus for a single offering.
A ‘mix ‘n’ match’ offering enabling customers to tailor their own combination of services and support requirements is also available.
