13 Jun 2013

Eaton has announced the appointment of Anoop Nanda as ANZ vice president and managing director for the company’s Electrical Business.

Based in Sydney, the diversified industrial manufacturer says Nanda will be responsible for leading the business through its next phase of growth and propelling its sales and marketing presence.

Working at the company for eight years in several senior management positions, Nanda worked at HCL-Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for sales of systems and software to the government sector.

“This is an exciting time to lead the Eaton electrical business in Australia and New Zealand and to partner with the industry to meet the critical power management challenges of both today and the future," he says.

"In an era where innovation is the key to survival and growth we have an industry-leading portfolio of power quality solutions, particularly for data centre and industrial applications, which are ideally suited for the Australian and New Zealand market.

“I look forward to working with our customers, partners and employees in providing organisations with a range of tailored products from surge protection devices, switchboards, rack mount power distribution units, and remote monitoring, to software, communication components, enclosures and related services.”
